  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

    • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  2. Ship the Item:

    • Package your item securely and include the return authorization.
    • Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
  3. Processing Your Return:

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Wrong Size Returns

  • Eligibility: If you received an item in the wrong size, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt.
  • Exchange Process:
    1. Email us at support@justajumper.store with your order number, the wrong size item received, and the correct size you need.
    2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the wrong size item back.
    3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
    4. Once we receive the wrong size item, we will process your exchange and send you the correct size at no additional cost.
  • Refund Process:
    1. If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, follow the return process outlined above.
    2. Once we receive the wrong size item, we will process your refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

  • Approval: Refunds will be approved once the returned item is inspected and meets our return criteria.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
